A new survey asked consumers what customized delivery options they want, and it comes down to speed and accuracy. 52% said they wanted faster delivery speeds, and 51% said they want to be able to choose a delivery date.
đź’ˇ Insight - The survey also looked at common delivery issues and how customers want them resolved. Nearly half want the issue resolved within 2 to 3 business days, something that can be easier to achieve with a chatbot with self-serve options. Also, rather than store credit, people would really just like a free replacement, so keep that in mind for your return policies.

Doctors inherently come with a high trust level for audiences, especially if you’re making any sort of wellness claims. There’s also a lot of choice out there. So many medical professionals have taken their expertise to TikTok or Instagram, following in the path of Dr. Pimple Popper. Even a micro-influencer in the medical space could offer a big boost.

📰 TL;DR - Even the best SEO strategy can go to shit if you’re not checking for broken links, and that’s as true for e-comm brands as anyone else. 💡 Insight - We’re seeing the fruits of the e-comm boom’s impact on tech. More companies are clamoring to offer the same services as each other in hope of getting your business. Subscription capabilities are a great example of that — Shopify recently improved its own offering. What that means is more choice and more price shopping for you — a good thing!
